Bargaining with Local 1440

The Finance Committee reserves the right to adjourn into closed session under the provisions of Sec. 19.85(1) (e), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business related to Bargaining with Local 1440 for bargaining reasons that require a closed session.

The Finance Committee reserves the right to reconvene into open session under the provisions of sec. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. to take possible action on this Item.
