Records Request Fees

Our administrative office in Brown Deer is open Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 to accept requests for records.  You can send requests for records via e-mail to dflint@nsfire.org.  Fees are as follows:

Record Locating Fees:  As determined by the records custodian only if over $50 per request.

EMS report

$1.00 per page (first 25 pages)
Retrieval fee of $20.00
$8.00 for certification of records
